Job Descriptions:

Report to: Senior Manager/ Manager
Project Lead in monitoring, meeting project deadlines and reporting development status
Able to review technical team assessment and technical proposal and provide strong and sound system design best practice
Able to formulate project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Able to organize, lead, and mentor the development team members
Prepares time and cost estimates for completing projects. Directs and coordinates work of others to develop, test, install, and modify programs.
Manage, coordinate and liaise with customers and vendors to understand business, application and system requirements
Makes formal presentations of findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and in oral presentation
Able to apply analytical skills to define business requirements and estimate time and cost
Reviews application and system for quality and conformance to user requirements
Guide systems development and implementation activities
Participate in the development and execution of a project plan
Participate in the completion of project deliverables
Able to prioritize issues, establish work assignments, identify high risk areas and provide daily support for the application developers
Ensure that all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation are in accordance with the Company’s standards
Maintain relevant expertise and knowledge

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
At least 10 yrs experience with strong knowledge of RPG, AS/400 and related application and system
Has experience with data migration, system integration projects
Sound analytical and problem solving skills
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skill
